After a jewellery store heist, Starsky is devastated when he unintentionally shoots an art student during the chaos, resulting in her losing her sight. Overwhelmed with guilt, he forges a bond with the young woman, concealing the fact that he’s the officer responsible for her condition. However, their growing connection quickly becomes perilous, as it appears someone is intent on separating them. Meanwhile, Hutch begins to wonder if the young woman was merely an innocent bystander in the incident or if there's more to her story than meets the eye.
