Newt crosses paths with Jessica, the new girl at school, and quickly finds himself smitten. Much to his delight, she reciprocates his feelings. When Jessica invites him on a date, Newt is thrilled but soon feels insecure about his intelligence compared to hers. With Stickler's assistance, Cory and Meena equip Newt with an earpiece so they can feed him lines during the date. Meanwhile, the President's mother pays a visit, intent on redecorating the Oval Office. To keep her busy, the President enlists Victor, leading to an unexpected cooking competition between the two.
