This disheveled stranger carries a bag filled with bizarre, deadly toys that pose a threat to both the submarine and its crew. It becomes apparent that the extraterrestrial vessel intends to use Seaview's hull as fuel. Admiral Nelson and Captain Crane race against time to thwart the alien scheme before disaster strikes.
