The Bounty Hunter (S03E04)

In this episode, the villain's identity is unmistakable. However, he is on the run from a bounty hunter due to a bail violation. This bounty hunter not only has the legal authority to track him down, but he also takes pleasure in getting under Cagney's skin, adding to the tension of the chase.
