In a flashback, Marco and Ai, two abandoned kids, meet in a commercial tower and grow up together at Kamado's orphanage, eventually falling in love. Meanwhile, Yuki decides to join Yuno as they rush to the tower's rooftop with Yuki's father, planning to jump with parachutes. Yuno catches up and attempts to confront them solo, while Yuki hides, trying to assist her using his diary's predictions.
