Lindsay confronts Richard Bay about the dubious arrest of her client, an undocumented immigrant. Through her investigation, she uncovers that the police had planted drugs on him to coerce his testimony in a murder case. However, her client stands firm, unwilling to testify against his brother, the actual murderer, and chooses to accept deportation back to Colombia. At the same time, Lucy faces scrutiny regarding her role as a rape counselor during a trial for a date rape case.
