Steve (S01E13)

As Steve embarked on his journey to buy his first home, he had a clear vision: a triplex that would generate double the rental income. For the last four years, he has effectively rented out two units, but now faces a mortgage renewal amidst a tough economic climate, with tax values projected to rise by around 20%. Additionally, Steve's basement unit is currently rented at a rate significantly below market value. To tackle his increasing mortgage payments, he turns to Scott for assistance in renovating the basement suite so he can increase its rental price.
