Kurogasa (S01E06)

Kenshin is approached by the police chief for assistance in capturing "Kurogasa," a serial killer preying on former Revolutionary fighters. Together with Sanosuke, he sets out to protect Jusanro Tani, who has received a chilling death threat. As foretold in the warning, Kurogasa strikes at exactly 1:00 a.m. It is then revealed that the killer is none other than Jine Udo, a notorious vagabond assassin known for his ruthless exploits dating back to the Bakumatsu Era.
