Three days following the lock-in at Ridgeway, Carly and Freddie discover that Sam has voluntarily admitted herself to Troubled Waters Mental Hospital, convinced she's losing her sanity over her feelings for Freddie. Determined to help her, Carly, Gibby, Freddie, and Spencer devise a plan to rescue her from the facility.
