During the tumultuous era of Prohibition in America, one mobster, Dutch Schultz, gains notoriety as a notorious outlier. When he makes a menacing threat against a state prosecutor, the mob realizes they can't afford the potential repercussions. To send a clear warning, they deliver a grim message to Dutch: a corpse riddled with bullets.
