This tale revolves around the theme of closeness. Many modern homes, including semi-detached houses, townhouses, and condominiums, are designed with shared walls. For Sylvie and Guy, who recently settled into their newly constructed semi-detached home, the realization that they could hear their neighbors quite clearly through the walls came as a surprise! The noise problem became so overwhelming that they believed relocating was their only choice—until Mike and his team stepped in with a solution.
