Kuzak takes on the case of a television news anchor who is terminated for allegedly discriminative reasons following her breast cancer surgery coverage. Meanwhile, Sullivan is caught engaging in drug dealing from the office. Taylor wins a lawsuit against Brackman on behalf of a tenant's association, cleverly countering his threats of endless appeals. Hubbard applies to law school, Kelsey secures a favorable loan from a friendly banker, and Brackman suffers a humiliating loss against McKenzie in a partners' meeting.
