Our journey takes us to two remarkable cities in the area: Dresden, the capital, known for its lavish palaces and artistic riches from the Wettin dynasty, and Leipzig, celebrated for its Bach legacy, featuring a grand monument commemorating Europe’s victory over Napoleon, alongside museums that reflect its communist past.
