Nurse Chloe attends to 88-year-old Enid, who has been knocked down by fierce winds and has a serious open head injury. It's crucial for Chloe to evaluate Enid swiftly to determine if she has any head trauma. At the same time, consultant doctor Mason and registrar doctor Staunton assess 44-year-old Darren, who has been brought in with intense chest pain and a racing heartbeat.
