Take Holiday Pies by Surprise (S07E03)

Host Jesse Palmer challenges ten bakers to showcase a nut or seed in their holiday desserts. The contestants then spin a wheel to select a core holiday ingredient—either holiday spice, dried fruit, or holiday spirits—to incorporate into unexpected treats like icebox cakes and fruit tarts.
