In "Go-Go Gophers," General Nuisance arrives with a communication station and 400 soldiers, intending to stay in touch with his fort to orchestrate assaults on Running Board and Ruffled Feathers. However, the Indians manage to secure their own transmitter, disrupting his messages and sending out their own. In "Commander McBragg," the commander recounts his adventurous tale of how he cleverly outsmarted the Secret Service and successfully stole important plans while serving as a spy.
