The ship arrives in Rome, where London becomes captivated by a charming street musician named Luca. While searching for her lost money belt key, Bailey accidentally discovers that Luca and his uncle, Marco, are swindlers who have already scammed London out of twenty thousand dollars. After talking to Luca, Bailey learns that Luca despises conning and genuinely cares for London. They devise a scheme to retrieve the stolen money, involving Bailey disguising herself as Naomi Wyoming, a humorous take on Hannah Montana. Meanwhile, Zack and Cody get jobs with Chef Gigi to enjoy her culinary delights. In the end, Cody loses his job, while Zack savors a delightful meal with Gigi.
