As Rachel goes into labor, she and Maggie momentarily set aside their differences, with Maggie assisting in the delivery of the baby. Soon after, an unexpected rain shower offers a temporary relief from dehydration, but their respite is short-lived as the killer makes another move. In the end, the true identity of XX is uncovered.
