Eager to escape the commitment, Wick passes the dog off to Drew without any discussion. When Kate arrives to drop off the dog, she rushes off and forgets to leave a message. Upon returning home, Drew mistakes the dog for a stray and takes it to the vet. Kate's shock turns to dismay when she comes back to discover the dog has been shaved and neutered.
