Winfred-Louder marks its hundredth anniversary, and Drew chooses long-serving board member Arthur Crawford, who has been with the store since 1936, to deliver a speech at the celebration. Instead of sticking to Drew's carefully crafted words, Crawford veers off into making derogatory comments about various races, religions, and the LGBTQ+ community. This infuriates the staff, prompting threats of strikes and legal action. As tensions rise, employees begin hurling insults at each other. Drew vows to either secure an apology from Crawford or force his resignation. However, Crawford remains unyielding, and the board advises Drew to consult the employee handbook for guidance. The situation escalates into chaos during lunchtime, leading to a cafeteria riot. In an attempt to mend the rift, Drew organizes a play on stereotypes featuring Kate, Mimi, Chuck, Doreen, and another colleague, but it falls flat and fails to resolve any
