Finch's grumbling about mundane tasks leads Jack to hire a personal assistant named Kenny, which causes Finch to feel his space is encroached upon. However, the situation escalates when Kenny threatens Finch with aggression after he voices his concerns. Unfortunately, Finch finds himself isolated, as everyone else sees Kenny as nothing but cheerful and helpful. Meanwhile, Nina's efforts to quit smoking take an unexpected turn; she becomes excessively affectionate toward everyone. At the same time, Maya mistakenly uses one of Nina's nicotine patches, resulting in her becoming overly energetic and hyperactive.
