Title: Healing Past Wounds Plot: Encouraged by Su, Korra embarks on a journey to master metalbending. Opal grapples with her hesitation to leave Zaofu, feeling tied to her family's duties, while Bolin confronts his anxieties about bending metal. At the same time, Lin confronts her history during acupuncture treatments, revisiting the events that strained her bond with Su. After a powerful emotional release, Lin reconciles with her sister and persuades Opal to join her at the Northern Air Temple for training with Tenzin. Meanwhile, Zaheer and his team track down Korra, realizing she is under the protection of the Metal Clan in Zaofu.
