Masters of the Toy Universe (S02E01)

After turning down the largest deal ever in the toy industry, Mattel's President Ray Wagner realizes he's lagging behind his former colleague and now rival, Bernie Loomis. Loomis has propelled his small-town toy company to unprecedented success, transforming the action figure landscape. Unwilling to concede defeat, Wagner decides to borrow some of Loomis' strategies to develop a new hit toy that aims to reclaim Mattel's dominance in the market.
