Management Training (S01E03)

Jonathon, CEO of Tri-Mega Corporation, which operates Swift and Shift, discovers that securing the government funding he seeks requires him to provide management training for women, ethnic minorities, and individuals with disabilities. Keith and Amanda select employees to participate in a management training day. However, following a car crash, concerns about obesity, and an overall lack of intelligence among the staff, it is concluded that the Swift and Shift team is ineffective. Consequently, Amanda opts to hire the trainers as efficiency managers instead.
