Soon after, a Royal Navy Commander arrives, demanding the document. In a shocking turn, he shoots Meg, leaving her badly injured. Determined to uncover the identity of 'Shepherd' and the significance of the file, the team pursues an assassin known as 'Hemlock,' who is linked to Russian hardliners and aims to eliminate the individual behind 'Shepherd'—Boris Yeltsin, who is set to arrive in the U.S. for a covert treaty signing. The action unfolds across Washington, D.C., Bethesda, and Leesburg, Virginia.
