Heroes (S02E04)

Harm and Mac find themselves on opposing sides in a courtroom drama involving a Navy Seal charged with murdering his best friend during a mission against terrorists. Despite the evidence suggesting guilt and the defendant's reluctance to cooperate, Mac, as his defense attorney, senses there's more to uncover. Her determination pushes Harm, the prosecutor, to investigate the deceased's background further. In his pursuit of the truth, Harm uncovers a shocking revelation: the victim had implored his friend to end his life to protect a secret from his strict father, a former Navy petty officer.
