Harm is taken aback when he receives the news that he has been dismissed from the CIA after an unexpected appearance on ZNN, where he was seen carrying a young girl upon arriving at the USS Seahawk. Now jobless once more, he resorts to crop-dusting to make ends meet. At JAG, Commander Carolyn Imes, who previously served there as a Lieutenant Commander, returns from overseas to fill the void left by Cmdr. Rabb's departure. However, Bud and Mac are stunned to discover that their former colleague has been practicing law without passing the Bar Exam by falsifying documents. Meanwhile, Catherine Gale delivers a surprise to Harm—she's pregnant.
