With Margaret's assistance, the Hemophilia Society tirelessly advocates for compensation. Ryan Sanders, fortunate to escape HIV, grapples with the harsh side effects of his Hepatitis C treatment. Meanwhile, Peter encounters Darby and, despite his HIV status, they develop a deep connection. After completing a historical archive, Ben shifts his focus to a more personal writing project, which strains his relationship with Peter even further.
