In a dramatic moment, "Betsy" hurls the couch off the deck and sets it ablaze, later attempting to harm Michael. Jake is infuriated upon discovering that Jane sabotaged Richard's show, leading him to drink heavily at a fashion convention and sleep with a stranger, who eventually becomes Jane's new assistant.
