Captains John Abraham and Maya Dobbins find themselves on opposite sides of a courtroom in a war zone, where they are tasked with handling the case of a Marine accused of deserting his post during battle, an act that led to the deaths of three fellow soldiers. Meanwhile, Major Trey Ferry is busy addressing a diplomatic conflict, while Lt. Harper Li juggles her responsibilities to the Corps alongside the preparations for her upcoming wedding.
