Following the escape of a key Tal operative from CIA custody, Shepherd is called back to Langley to assist in the pursuit of the fugitive. Alongside Keaton, Shepherd uncovers that the CIA is concealing crucial intelligence regarding Tal. To get to the bottom of the situation, they decide to surveil the agency to uncover what secrets it may be hiding.
