Upon arrival, he learns about the islands' fascinating past, including a tragic naval disaster that claimed the lives of 1,500 sailors. While exploring the renowned gardens of Tresco, he encounters a beekeeper working to cultivate a native Scillonian honeybee suited for the tough Atlantic conditions. Motivated by this experience, Rick decides to create a delicious honey pudding paired with Cornish ice cream and a rich butterscotch sauce.
