After finishing their midterms, Natsume embarks on a journey with Nishimura, Kitamoto, and Sasada. As he gazes out the train window, he suddenly recognizes the landscape as one from his childhood, a time when he was shuffled between different families. Initially believing he had no fond memories from that period, he begins to reflect on his experiences there and uncovers moments he had long forgotten.
