As Bear prepares for his Woodland Workout with Pip and Pop, he encounters Ojo and Treelo playing doctor. Tutter struggles to fit his cheese into his mouse-hole, and Bear suggests he take some quiet time. Meanwhile, Bear is eager to start his workout at the Otter Pond, but when he enters the living room, Ojo and Tutter playfully give him a checkup, diagnosing him with "big bear-itis" and providing the perfect remedy. Heading to the kitchen, Bear finds Tutter exhausted from his cheese-storing efforts and encourages him to rest. Eventually, Bear learns that Pip and Pop have already done the workout without him, prompting him to take some quiet time as well. In the Shadow segment, Shadow shares the tale of the five little monkeys jumping on the bed.
