Later, friends introduce her to Sean, known as 'The Marrying Guy,' but when she struggles to match his rapid pace towards commitment, he moves on to Charlotte, who craves stability. Meanwhile, Miranda meets her colleague Jeff at a baseball game, where he introduces her to Sid, a lesbian, leading to an invitation to a dinner gathering hosted by Sid's senior partner.
