At the same time, Nathan Templeton is confronted by an ambitious congressman who once served alongside Mac's Vice Presidential pick, Warren Keaton. This congressman is keen to share potentially damaging information to sabotage Keaton's nomination. Meanwhile, Mac's teenage twins embark on their journey back to public school, now accompanied by a Secret Service detail and a flurry of media attention. While outgoing Horace thrives in the spotlight, introverted Rebecca finds the experience daunting.
