Later, Sam and Janet have a heart-to-heart and decide their relationship isn't meant to be, leading to a breakup. Afterward, Sam picks up the phone and surprises everyone by proposing to someone. Meanwhile, with Vera unexpectedly called away, Donna finds herself alone with Norm, much to his dismay.
