Sweet Home Alabama (S08E03)

The last five food trucks roll into Tuscaloosa, Alabama, where they’re greeted by Tyler Florence and pastry chef Jan Moon, who present them with a challenge: they have 15 minutes to crack as many pecans as possible. The teams must incorporate these pecans into a dessert to sell from their trucks, with the winning team earning valuable mentoring time with Jan and a $200 prize for the group that generates the highest sales. On the following day, Tyler introduces a twist—during a happy hour, the pecan desserts will be sold for just $1 each, and the team with the lowest sales will face elimination.
