Rumpole and the Married Lady (S01E04)

Rumpole takes on the case of Mrs. Thripp, who is facing a divorce initiated by her husband, who accuses her of being unfaithful. Meanwhile, She Who Must Be Obeyed (Mrs. Rumpole) suspects that Rumpole has a lover, leading to some amusing consequences. As tensions rise, the disgruntled Mr. Thripp engages in a war of written messages, complicating matters further.
