However, McHale sneaks them a three-hour pass for some unsanctioned fun, leading to chaos for everyone—including himself—resulting in their arrest. Their predicament worsens when, while they are locked up, their beloved submarine, the 73, goes missing after being 'borrowed' by someone else.
