In 2007, an asteroid collides with Earth in Yucatan, Mexico, igniting a catastrophic blaze that engulfs the planet. Humanity plunges into a bleak era, and this reenacted docudrama portrays the aftermath at 5, 10, 30, 60, and 80 days, culminating at four months post-impact. Life within a vast radius of the crater is obliterated, and the world is shrouded in darkness. Major cities like Paris, New York, and Hawaii fall into total blackness, leading to the extinction of all plant life due to the absence of sunlight. Temperatures plummet to unprecedented lows, leaving many survivors isolated and scrambling to survive.
