Sickness and Health (S06E01)

As Martin and Louisa prepare for their wedding, uncertainty looms over the ceremony. Martin is increasingly annoyed with PC Penhale, who mistakenly thinks he’s the best man, while Louisa is running late. The vicar grows anxious, questioning whether she’ll even make it, which leaves Martin feeling tense. When Louisa finally arrives, they exchange vows. However, post-wedding life doesn’t unfold as Martin envisioned, and Ruth faces her own struggles in caring for James, adding to the chaos of their new reality.
