This fallout causes Blair to ignore Jo completely. Meanwhile, Tootie misinterprets Mrs. Garrett's condition, thinking she's intoxicated when in reality, her dilated pupils from an eye exam have her feeling a bit unsteady. The false rumor of Mrs. Garrett's supposed drunkenness threatens her job security, adding to the chaos in their lives.
