Phoenix Rising (S09E01)

In the opening episode of the season, host Eden Grinshpan and head judge Mark McEwan greet 11 talented chefs from all over Canada who are eager to take part in the nation’s top culinary competition. For the first Quickfire Challenge, the chefs are tasked with crafting a dish that showcases their unique brand and culinary approach. Later, they draw inspiration from the symbolism of a phoenix rising from the ashes, creating dishes that reflect elements associated with fire.
