Their first challenge immerses them in seafood as they tackle a recipe riddle to prepare ceviche. For the main dish task, chefs Anne Burrell and Tyler Florence demonstrate how to properly butcher fish and craft the traditional fish en papillote. The recruits must replicate the chefs' dish while also designing their own vegetable side.
