Pingu and Pingg are having a great time playing hopscotch, blissfully unaware that they're in a parking space. When a frustrated neighbor arrives to park, tensions flare, leading to a scuffle. Forced to relocate, Pingu and Pingg move to another igloo, where they run around and make a racket. The cranky neighbor yells at them, prompting the trio, including Pingo who joins in, to tease her. She swings a carpet beater but misses, leaving her frustrated. In her haste, she accidentally closes her hand in the window and howls like a wolf, making the others giggle.
