As they work on the case, Toby's romantic life takes an exciting turn with crime journalist Tia Tremblay, who remains an enigma he struggles to decipher. At the same time, Oz Bey, the newly appointed head of emergency services, discovers that managing the team is more challenging than he had anticipated.
