Title: Lamont Takes the Stage Plot: Fred arrives home to see Lamont rehearsing an intense choking scene with his drama instructor, Marilyn, from "Othello." Misinterpreting the situation, Fred leaps to the conclusion that Lamont is attacking a white woman. Later, a twist of fate has Fred facing assumptions himself when Marilyn invites him and Lamont over, only for her parents to mistakenly believe that the two are there to rob them.
