Grady and Fred quickly conclude that he must have fallen head over heels in love. When Fred discovers that Lamont is planning to propose to a girl from a local dress shop, he decides to meet her. To his surprise, he finds out that the young woman is at least a decade older than Lamont, leaving him stunned by this unexpected twist.
