When Liang Shan Po Robbed the Poor (S01E13)

Driven by his insatiable greed, Kao Chiu devises a scheme to topple Prime Minister Chi Ching. He claims the Prime Minister is negligent in tax collection and joins forces with Lord Chu and his trio of warrior sons. They launch attacks on multiple tax caravans heading to the capital, deliberately marking their crimes with Liang Shan Po's flag.
